Hello and WELCOME!
My name is Daila , I am a complementary therapist, green coach, vegan and curious about life. After living and working in the UK for over ten years, I moved back to Italy and I now practice from my own studio which I opened in 2018 in a small village on Lake Como. A dream come true! I offer a wide range of treatments, so you can choose what best suit you. We are all born with an innate ability to heal ourselves, let’s go and unfold it! Some treatments are also available via zoom (or other online platforms).

My interest in healing started in 2000, when I felt guided to follow an inner path of self-discovery, and collect the knowledge and the gifts along the way. My deepest wish is to help you on your path, so that you can be free to follow your dreams while listening to your heart.
I first trained in Reiki , energy work, in 2001, and then expanded the knowledge with other teachers. I started to learn and experience Shamanic practices and Native American ceremonies, which I have now integrated into my daily life. I started to learn about them with Stephen Mulhern, in Scotland, and then with Sandra Ingerman in the States.
Shamanic healing is for everyone who wants to deepen his/her connection to self, loved ones and the Earth…for those willing to make changes in their lives (Sandra Ingerman)
I also came across Brandon Bays ‘The Journey, which deeply transformed my life, and I became a Journey accredited therapist. The journey takes you to the core of your issues, both physical and emotional, while gently helping you to release cell memories stored inside. Finally it set yourself free to be yourself, in all forgiveness.
In 2006, I graduated as a Medical Herbalist from the University of Westminster (London) and then moved to Scotland where I started to work at Neal’s Yard Remedies. Here I had the opportunity to train in Indian Head Massage and holistic facial. I later decided to embark on a massage training course, to be able to offer clients a wider range of treatments. I do love receiving & giving massage, I enjoy the peaceful feeling after and the opportunity to connect with my body.
In 2013, when I decided to move back to Italy, I continued to expand my knowledge in massage, by training in different types. I currently offer

HOLISTIC MASSAGE: slow and harmonious strokes can help you free your body from piled up tension and your mind from nagging thoughts, giving yourself some peace and quiet.
HAWAIAN LOMI LOMI MASSAGE, a truly relaxing embrace, an inner journey: long, rhythmic and flowing strokes of forearms and hands create both a stimulating and a relaxing effect, promoting overall well-being.
HOT STONES MASSAGE, an ancient healing art using heated lava stones to bring body and mind back to health. The stones are placed in certain areas of the body or integrated into the massage, bringing you warmth and healing.

PHOENIX MASSAGE, a regenerative and remodelling massage to allow that sparkle and vibrancy to come back into your skin. The aim of this massage is to free your body from toxins and excess liquid, to enhance circulation, improving firmness and elasticity while toning and strengthening your body.
PREGANACY MASSAGE, a specific treatment for this special moment in your life
ABDOMINAL MASSAGE: Your abdomen takes centre stage for this special massage treat, bringing beneficial effects to your digestion, as well as your breathing pattern and your emotional wellbeing. Both your feet and your head take a small part in the massage too.
THAI FEET MASSAGE: Feet are said to be the mirror of our body. This massage goes from the feet to the knees through stretching, friction and pressure to help bringing harmony and balance to the entire body
The massage can last from 30 minutes to about two hours. The oils and creams I use are all organic and vegan. This is extremely important for me.
A few years ago I came across Green Coaching , a fantastic way to blend my love for nature with my passion for helping people!
I have been vegan since early 2000. In 2015 I decided to gift myself with the amazing training experience in raw food at the Hippocrates Health Institute (Florida), and became Hippocrates Health Educator.

While in the UK, I started to practice Ashtanga Yoga which I found amazingly beneficial for a chattering mind and to tune in with my body … a soothing blessing! Recently I turned this passion into a profession and I became a YOGA TEACHER, training in the Ashtanga yoga method with Fabrizio Boldrini , while deepening my knowledge with other Teachers.
And last … my love for Animals guided me to train as an Animal Communicator, first with Elisa Anelli and then with Lynn McKenzie through her Animal Communication and Healing course.
I am currently following a course to support our Pets (and their owners) at the end of life, without the use of Euthanasia. This might appear a harsh concept to grasp for some, but it is an absolute blessing to be able to walk with your beloved pet till the very end, side by side, while listening to their needs. As Stefano Cattinelli, the vet who is running the course, says “ending with Love that which started with Love” .
I feel grateful for all this knowledge and for the inspirational Teachers I have had the pleasure to work with (and still do)! I also feel blessed to be able to share with you so that
we can ‘walk in beauty’ together.
